Returns Policy
At Mouthy Oral Care, we are committed to providing high-quality oral care products. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or unsealed items.
Non-Returnable Products
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, as these are oral healthcare products, we cannot accept returns on these items once they have been delivered:
- Toothbrushes
- Electric toothbrushes
- Tongue scrapers
- Dental floss
- Interdental brushes
- Teeth whitening products
- Lip balms
- Chewing gum
- Any other oral care products that have been opened, used or had their seal broken
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
